Good webhoster
I've been with 5dollarhosting.com for many years now (family owned and operated), and I'm very pleased with their service. As you can tell (hopefully), TuscanyCircle is packed full of all kinds of goodies, and it all runs on the Linux/Apache servers on the backbone. Except for the antispam tools, it does indeed cost only $5/mo. Their customer service has been wonderful over the years, even when I do some out-of-the-ordinary stuff, and I don't say this about many businesses. Unless you're going to host yourself, I recommend checking out 5$'s hosting services.

Craig and Terry of
Craig and Terry of 5dollarhosting were absolutely fabulous during the great Navisite NOC Fiasco of 2007. Even though matters were completely beyond their control, and they were routinely lied to by Navisite, they went above and beyond the call of duty to keep their customers well informed. While Navisite was still figuring out how to turn computers on--they demonstrated gross incompetence!--Craig was fixing 5$'s servers (which Navisite broke). He got fewer than a handful of hours of sleep over a 3 day period, diligently keeping us up to date and insuring Navisite knew of our displeasure and our losses. Way to go, Craig!
NOC move rough
I must say there were several factors in the recent NOC move that were not handled as smoothly as they could have been. I suppose nobody can be perfect. Given their long history of awesome service and the unlikelihood of another NOC move, I still recommend 5$.
Service is poor these days
Ever since 5$ changed NOC providers, customer service has been going downhill. The move was not as well handled as it should have been, so I don't doubt there is fallout, now almost a year later, in the volume of support requests. Nevertheless, their seemingly consistent failure to respond to support requests in a timely fashion--or correctly or at all, in some cases--is certainly hurting the fine reputation they enjoyed up to a year ago.

Seconded
I once again echo Wayne's recommendation. I have hosted my domain there for over four years now, and they have been terrific. They have excellent uptime, no-hassle domain registration (if you use their partner, though you don't have to), and terrific service. The few times that I have run into problems, I have gotten quick responses/resolutions. In fact, I just recently made a change to my account that required an email to the "sales" address. I got a response back within an hour (from the owner of the company, no less) telling me that my request was taken care of. On top of all that, try and find a quality web hoster for $5/mo.
If you are looking for a web hoster, they are definitely worth checking out.
