Hixon Heating has been quite incompetent at fixing the fan in my outside A/C unit. They provided the wrong fan, installed it badly, came back and fixed it badly yet again, and saw fit to send a man (nice though he was) who was physically unable to do the job in the first place. (I essentially had to do the job mostly myself. Needless to say, the labor wasn't worth the money.)
