The service at Wal-Mart is no longer worth their low prices. (I might debate even their prices, given the plethora of online stores.) Their service is suffering badly. Their return policy has become not just inconvenient but almost useless. It would be better to consider all sales final there. We've encountered numerous problems with their jewelry counter, specifically in changing watch batteries--again, shifting policies designed to protect Wal-Mart (from what, we don't know--they're watch batteries!) and hinder the consumer. It seems their supposedly low prices come with a heavy price in service. I'm not aware of anything Wal-Mart sells that I cannot get elsewhere with superior service. I'm done with them.
